Accommodations were disappointing, but overall it was relaxing. Positive: The cabin was clean and the theater room was excellent. Negative: Can't swim in the pool can't even float in the pool. Yet it was listed as a swimming pool. The spa has 4 seats but if you put 3 or 4 people in it their legs are in one another's lap. Pool table has 2 ques with no tip 1 que that is broke and the table bumper pulls out about a quarter inch at one end. Then to top it off the breaker in the top bedroom kept tripping. The amazing view I had was overlooking a busy backwoods holler road.

We enjoyed our stay! As we were making our 5 hour drive to the cabin we received a call that there was an issue with the pool. They had a solution and moved us to this cabin that was even nicer than the original we booked. We had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were well maintained as well as the entire cabin. Our host was in constant contact with us, checking to see if we had everything we needed. If I had a question or issue they responded promptly. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet get away but still want to be near all the action. We will definitely be returning.

Had an awesome time! Enjoyed the pool table, theater room and the pool. Weather was a bit cool, so spent more time in the hot tub, but was a great time!

The location of the cabin is in a real good secluded area. It does get dark and lightning of the narrow roads is not the best (if you plan to come home late). Nothing better than waking up and enjoying your coffee on the balcony. The cabin was great and definitely enough space for my family of four (7yr old and 10yr old). We really enjoyed the movie theater and the pool table. The boys were disappointed that the indoor pool was cold. I reached out to management and they quickly responded that someone would come out in the morning and they did. Unfortunately the pool issue wasn’t resolved and the temperature of the pool still remained cold. We utilized the hot tub and that was amazing. I loved the location of the cabin which is located near Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and about 7-8 minutes away from the main highway. Management got back to me and apologized about the pool in a timely matter and compensated us for issue which I really appreciated. We would definitely come back in the future!
