By accessing or using Ghosal Luxury Lodging’s services, including but not limited to booking cabins, making reservations, and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.
2. Cabin Reservations
2.1. Reservation Process
You may make cabin reservations through our website or by contacting our customer service.
Reservations are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
2.2. Payment
Payment for cabin reservations must be made in accordance with our pricing and payment policies.
Credit card information provided for payment is subject to our Privacy Policy.
2.3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We charge a 3% payment processing fee for any cancellations for bookings made through our website. We have a 60-day cancellation policy, meaning that we will provide a full refund, minus the 3% payment processing fee, if you cancel at least 60 days before your check-in date on your reservation EST.
3. Cabin Use
3.1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are specified in your reservation confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depedning on .
3.2. Occupancy
The number of occupants allowed in a cabin is limited to the maximum capacity specified in your reservation. Overcrowding is not allowed.
3.3. Behavior
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during their stay.
Any damage to cabins or property caused by guests will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges will apply.
3.4. Smoking and Pets
Smoking is prohibited in cabins and indoor areas. Pets are allowed in cabins if declared in the initial reservation and the $100 pet fee has been collected for each pet in the reservation.
4. Liability and Insurance
Ghosal Luxury Lodging is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
Guests are advised to obtain their own travel and medical insurance.
5. Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
6. Changes and Cancellations by Ghosal Luxury Lodging
Ghosal Luxury Lodging reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any reservation or service at its discretion. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected guests.
