Luxe Mountain Pool Escape by Ghosal Luxury Lodging

The host team was very good at communicating. All check-in information was received promptly and completely, and any thing additional was clear (keeping the pipes flowing during extremely cold freezing weather).The property was excellent. We were lucky enough to come to the mountains and immediately get snowed in, so we got good use out of the amenities. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and had all the necessary tools available. Cookware was clean and performed well.Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, no complaints. Overall liked the decorating as it felt like a warm inviting space, in between rustic cabin and luxurious. It was great for a family of 5, everyone had their own space.The pool was fine but we unfortunately got extremely cold weather. While the pool is indoor and heated, it's not connected to the main space's air temperature, so the air was very cold for us.On the other hand, the jacuzzi was awesome and we enjoyed using that immensely. Worked great, and clean. We appreciated that everything was well taken care of and jacuzzi refilled for our stay. The game room was the star of the show. The pool table worked great and got a lot of use. Basketball was fun but unfortunately didn't seem to be working/turning on. We played without it anyhow. Video games worked great. Wet bar/mini fridge!The theater was a sleeper star. Bigger TV than pictured and it was a good experience. I didn't expect much but ended up loving it.

Excellent communication, cabin was perfect!

Location of the cabin was excellent, it was spacious and very clean. We had a group of 8 adults and 4 children and never did it feel cramped. You can see the lights of Anakeesta from the back deck. It was overall an enjoyable vacation.

This was our first stay in gatlinburg and we came across this rental. We WILL be coming back and staying with the same company. They made our stay seamless. The house was spotless. The ping pong table was a favorite for all. The hot tub was used a lot. The pool was clean. The bedrooms were all similar which was nice. They called and checked on us. They text us. You will not regret choosing a rental with ghosal, especially this property. We even got to watch bears from our deck. This trip was priceless. Thank you!

The property is gorgeous, so relaxing, plenty amenities to keep children and adults entertained. Clean, well maintained & full of smokey mountain charm. We will definitely be booking again.
