Rustic Mountain Retreat by Ghosal Luxury Lodging

Overall, our stay had some positives, but also a major issue that would make me think twice about returning.The cabin itself was very nice—spacious, clean inside, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a big plus, and the kids really enjoyed them during our stay. The host also communicated well and was responsive when I raised concerns, which I appreciated.However, the biggest downside was the condition of the grounds. There was a lot of trash and litter around the property. I’ve stayed at many cabins and vacation rentals before and have never seen that much trash around the premises. The host did send someone out on our last day to clean up the trash in the back, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it was something we had to look at for most of the stay.While the inside of the cabin was nice and comfortable, the outside grounds really need better upkeep. Because of that, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Plenty of room and games. The hot tub was great. Being close to Sevierville was a bonus.

Positive: I loved the location and the balconies were a plus Negative: It was ALOT of animal hair in the pillows...bed ..couch and etc. Other than that it was good I

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! Positive: It was in a good location to businesses and stuff Negative: It was difficult to locate this cabin, not dog friendly even though they advertised that it was, very small living spaces, sheets in downstairs master bedroom had hair on them and funny smell, bathroom shower was black molded in corners, the parking is challenging and limited and WiFi was off more than it was on…there were no weather issues so not certain why it was constantly out but every time we went to watch a movie in the downstairs the WiFi was out…very frustrating!

Most everything was nice just a few suggestions The beds are very high for shorter people almost need a step stool, bed was super comfortable The shower on the main floor doesn’t drain very well , water pools in front and back of the drainParking is at a steep slope and not much room for other guests,, fortunately we didn’t have that problem this time The cleaning staff did a great job was very clean everywhere
