Dollywood Delights by Ghosal Luxury Lodging

Cleanliness is an absolute concern with this unit. The downstairs/master shower was covered in a large amount of hair all over the walls and the floor was slimy. There were giant ants all over the unit. And my kids are now covered in a rash from either the pool or the hot tub. The pool toys were all broken/non functional and the pool is advertised as heated which isn’t true. The water was 70 degrees. The unit is much smaller than pictures show. It’s hard to play pool in the upstairs game area because the pool sticks will hit the walls or windows. And there is no indoor seating for eating. The “view” is atrocious….the decks look directly out to a yard filled with wood and debris and a giant trash dumpster where people pull up randomly throughout the night and appear to illegally dump trash. Trash was piled all over the ground and around the dumpster.

That is a beautiful place, spacious and has a lot of great amenities!

The rooms are very small, and there is no place to sit down and eat except outside on the deck. For the price, I would keep looking elsewhere. 250/night is too much for this place.

Wonderful stay Positive: Amenities! We loved the little pool it was perfect for us. We traveled with 2 kids, so they had it to themselves. The hot tub was great, and we absolutely loved the game room. We played Connect Four, Pool and the basketball arcade game. The only thing you should be aware of if traveling with small kids is that the bunk bed room is on the 3rd floor along with the game room and master bedroom is on the lowest floor where the pool and hot tub are. We were fine since we have a 15 year old and 9 year old but if they were both under 10 I wouldn't have been comfortable with them being 2 floor above alone but some families may not mind this. There is a pull out couch in the middle level, but we didn't use it. Each level had its own deck, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The location is great. Only a short drive to all the downtown activities but far enough that you still get peace and quiet. Also, like 5 minutes or less from dollywood. We had a great time, and I 100% recommend this vacation home. Negative: No dinning area inside, the table was outside. There is a small area in the game room and a small mobile island in the kitchen but if more then 2 people are eating it would be more comfortable to use the table on the deck.

Everything was great. Would stay again.
