Check in and check out were easy and instructions clear. Property was clean and maintained. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool, playing the arcade games, playing pool, and each having their own rooms and bathrooms! A few things to note- wash machine is super small, and the property only provides laundry detergent packs and dishwasher detergent pods fyi and there was no basketball hoop in the pool as pictured, but there are some pool noodles and a few various other small pool toys. Overall a great property in the perfect location near all of the activities we wanted to do.

High end house with excellent furniture, comfy beds, everything was as stated. Pool wasnt hot enough but staff fixed within a few hours. One thermostat didnt work, but we didnt need it and we presume it was fixed after. A few of the outdoor chairs were broken, but again, we didnt need them. Very clean, very quiet area .

Just outside of Gatlinberg, this spacious house was perfect for our two families. There is plenty of room to spread out and a deck on any side of the property to enjoy being in nature. The house is beautifully made; the game room and movie room kept the kiddos busy while we cooked and sipped drinks in the deck. Our favorite was the host messaging us with a bear alert - so we could get to a safe place. We saw cute opossums, and heard footsteps in the woods after the sun went down. A little woodpecker visited the trees daily. On our way into town, we saw a giant bear on the side of the road munching plants. :) The pool was spacious and the hot tub was cozy and clean. Gatlinburg is literally an 8 minute drive. We LOVED every minute of our stay. Thank you!!!!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin in the mountains! The bed was so comfy I slept in. All the furniture was beautiful and in good condition. Kitchen was fully stocked with tools to use. All bathrooms were nice and stocked. Pool and hot tub were fabulous!!! Plenty of towels to use supplied by owner to use for both. Will definitely be back for another stay! We all loved it

My wife and I celebrated my retirement the first week of March in the cabin and had a wonderful stay! What small issues we had were immediately addressed by a very nice and courteous staff (door issue and empty gas tank), within the hour! Great communications, great location, would definitely stay again!
